Hongye GLPT-12/1250 PT Handcart Passes Insulation Type Tests
Zhejiang Hongye Electric Co., Ltd. has completed insulation performance
type testing for its GLPT-12/1250 High Voltage Isolation PT Handcart,
providing documented test data for customers evaluating high-voltage
handcart products.
The test was conducted on June 25, 2025, in Xiangxiang, Hunan, by
Hunan Electric Research Institute Testing Group Co., Ltd. According
to the inspection report issued on July 10, 2025, all tested items
met the specified requirements.
The GLPT-12/1250 High Voltage Isolation PT Handcart submitted for
testing has a rated voltage of 12 kV, a rated current of 1250 A,
and a rated frequency of 50 Hz. Testing was carried out according
to GB/T 11022-2020 and GB/T 1985-2023.
The insulation performance type test covered three key items. The
product completed a power-frequency withstand voltage test at
42 kV for one minute between phases and to earth. It also completed
a 75 kV lightning impulse voltage test between phases and to earth.
In addition, the auxiliary and control circuits underwent a
2000 V dielectric test for one minute. The inspection report records
all three items as passed.
The completion of these tests provides clear technical reference
for buyers assessing the insulation performance of the GLPT-12/1250
PT Handcart against the specified test standards.
